Prepping for your Session &
What to Expect
(1) Once you book your session, your intention and commitment to shifting your reality has already begun the process. You might already start noticing new awarenesses popping up, or old memories, emotions or physical pain flaring up as you release and transform them into their higher octaves, i.e. their positive emotional states and integrated wisdom to help you in moving forward in your process.(2) Before we discuss your particular circumstance, I encourage you to journal about what you intend to release and change in your life and, if you're ready, what you would like to create! This is a great way to get the juices flowing and allow yourself a safe space to vent your emotions with honesty. All of your memories are stored and accessed inside of your physical and energetic bodies. It is through an open heart, receptivity and creativity that we have the power to shift our realities. Journaling about your experience can help you release some of the emotional baggage that may or may not even be yours. That way we can start moving energy together at an even deeper level.(3) Please come to the session well hydrated. It is so important to be hydrated when you are moving a lot of energy and detoxing at a cellular level. Electrolytes will also assist you in bringing balance to your system. This includes drinking coconut water, dissolving a little sea salt under your tongue, or drinking electrolyte mixes like Emergen-C. This is important both before and after the session to help you detox and integrate the energy work. You may like to have a light snack before or after the session to help you stay grounded. I recommend not eating any heavy or filling meals 1-2 hours prior to your session.(4) Find a comfortable, quiet, and private space in your home for your session. Have a blanket and pillows handy in case you start to feel chilled as old energies are releasing. You can choose whether to use headphones or earbuds for better sound quality or, if your computer has good speakers, that is OK too. Bring a notebook and pen in case you need to jot anything down. You will have the option to record your session so you can review your insights and deepen your integration.(5) Please be punctual to your call so you can get the full experience during our scheduled time. You will receive a Zoom link in your appointment confirmation email. If you know you are running late, please shoot me an email so I know to wait. Missed calls are nonrefundable.
Health Condition Disclaimer
When we work on an energetic level, we may discover old energies that are related to physical discomfort or conditions. I am not claiming to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or condition. You are responsbile to continue following up with your doctor for any test results or diagnostic assessments and/or if you feel like you need your medications or supplements redosed, modified, or eliminated during the course of any detox in cases of physical or mental health conditions. You agree to take full responsibility for your choices and wellbeing.
Fine Tuning & Enriching Exercises
Journal Exercise 1 and choose another enriching exercise to enhance your mind-body-spirit connection before our call. If you're feeling motivated, try all five!(1) What are your greatest sources of nourishment? This includes all things that make you feel good. Keep your support list in mind or handy while you're working through your integration process.(2) List 20 things that you love to do and the date when you last did each thing. Pick 2 of the things that you haven't made time for in a while or have been avoiding and plan a date for those activities in the next few weeks.(3) List 10 things you are truly grateful for. When is the last time someone expressed gratitude to you? When is the last time you expressed your gratitude to someone? See if you can access these memories through your heart space and physical body awareness.(4) Recall a time in your life when you felt utterly and completely stress free. Sit with your eyes closed and imagine that memory with all of your senses. What does it feel like to be stress free in your body?(5) Recall a memory when you witnessed something really really funny. Maybe it was with family, a friend, in public, at work or on vacation. Just allow the first memory that pops into your head to bring you that joy. What does joy feel like in your body?
What to Expect Post-Session
It takes energy to move, clear and transform energy in your physical and nonphysical body. After a session, you may feel tingling, dizziness or fatigue as energy is moving more freely through your system. You will likely experience some form of detox after a big energetic release, whether it be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. Please plan on giving yourself time and space to REST. Please avoid doing any mental work, physical exercise or handling of machinery after the session. Be gentle with yourself. Taking an epsom salt bath may assist your cellular detox. Staying hydrated and consuming healthy, nourishing foods is imperative. Utilize the resources from your support list: for example, spending time with a pet, doing yoga, diffusing your favorite essential oils or taking supplements that you know are supportive. In the next several days to a week, depending on the magnitude of what you are clearing and shifting, you may experience vivid dreams, old memories, emotions or physical sensations coming up for you to consciously or subconsciously acknowledge and release. If you feel spontaneous anger, rage, grief or anxiety, give yourself the space to cry, scream or rant in a journal or get some physical exercise to release the energy in a healthy way. Allow yourself to notice and feel the emotions as you release rather than attach to their mental thoughts forms. The more you can consciously disengage on a cognitive level and allow your body to feel, the easier it will be to release with ease. Spending time in nature is by far the best medicine, giving you vitamin D from the sun, negative ions from the Earth, and balancing out your natural magnetic polarity.Trust your intuition and the messages from your body that tell you when it feels right to dive in to your process. Take notes on what feels good in your day-to-day life and what doesn't. Choose more of the good-feeling experiences. If you have questions or need additional resources after you session, please email me at [email protected].Peace and love,Melanie Adrianna
